Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Prayagraj, established in 1961 as a Regional Engineering College, is now a National Institute of Technology and an Institution of National Importance. It is fully funded by the Government of India.

MNNIT offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in engineering, technology, applied sciences, management, and social sciences. It is known for its strong academic rigour, qualified faculty, cutting-edge research facilities including its Centre for Interdisciplinary Research, and excellent infrastructure such as modern labs, well-stocked library, student hostels, sports facilities, and campus amenities.
