Sitare University is a recently established institution focused exclusively on high-quality Computer Science education for bright students from underprivileged backgrounds. Every student is offered a full scholarship covering tuition, boarding, lodging, and study materials.

The university admits students based on JEE Main performance and interviews. It runs a four-year B.Tech program in Computer Science, with majors in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Computer Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Data Science, and Computer Security. Curriculum starts with foundational subjects in programming, mathematics, and communication, progresses to systems, algorithms, databases, and machine learning, and includes hands-on work and paid internships from early years. The final year work is industry-oriented.

Though Sitare University is being built as a private state university in Madhya Pradesh on a 38-acre campus (near Indore, on the Bhopal-Indore highway), initial batches are operating in collaboration with Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU), Lucknow, while its permanent campus is being prepared. The vision is to scale admissions year by year, aiming for around one thousand students per year by 2030, while maintaining academic excellence, industry readiness, and full access irrespective of financial status.
