Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the sales of our rice-straw-based planters across B2B and B2C channels. You will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching products, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability and skilled in B2B/B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients (nurseries, gifting companies, hotels, event planners, e-commerce partners, corporates, etc.)

Conduct field visits, sales calls, and presentations to promote our eco-planters

Share product catalogues and samples with prospective buyers.

Negotiate pricing, bulk orders, and close sales.

Maintain client records, order details, and feedback.

Follow up with leads regularly via WhatsApp, email, and calls.

Represent the brand in exhibitions, expos, and local events.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

1–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG, retail, eco-products, home décor, or similar fields preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel locally or regionally

Self-motivated and target-driven

Basic knowledge of digital tools (WhatsApp Business, Excel, Google Sheets)

Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products

Salary & Incentives: Fixed+Commission

Performance-Based Incentives: Bonuses for achieving monthly targets

Example: Earn up to ₹25,000/month with incentives when meeting high-volume sales (e.g., 2000+ planters/month)
