Requirements: B.Tech / BCA / MCA (CS/IT preferred) with working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and willingness to work on frontend + backend tasks
Interest in fixing bugs, improving features and collaborating closely with the tech team
What Interns can expect:
- Stipend: 12,500/month
- 6-month internship + PPO opportunity

- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week

Sales & Customer Facing roles: Karban is looking for energetic professionals to join our business and customer success teams in Jaipur.
- Inside Sales Executive: 2-5 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, cold-calling and business development. CTC up to 5 LPA + Incentives
- CRM Executive — 1-2 years of experience. CTC up to 3.5 LPA
- Customer Support Executive — 1-2 years of experience. CTC up to 4 LPA
- E-commerce Executive — 3-5 years of experience. CTC up to 7 LPA

Hiring for Operations & Business Roles: Karban is looking strong execution-focused professionals for key business functions.
- Purchase Executive — 3-6 years of relevant experience in purchasing Electrical panels, LED, HVAC related products, preferably from the Consumer appliances industry. CTC up to 6 LPA
- Executive Assistant — 3-6 years of experience working with the Founders/MD directly. CTC up to 4 LPA
- Operations Manager — 5-8 years of experience in Operations Management, managing productions, assembly line, purchase, vendor management, store operations and ERP. CTC up to 18 LPA + ESOPs
- Senior Finance Executive — 4-6 years of relevant experience in Accounting and maintaining on ERP. CTC up to 6 LPA

Hiring a CAD Designer: Karban is a design-led clean-tech company creating innovative home appliances for modern living. Hiring a CAD Designer to support product and design development.
What Karban is looking for: Strong DFM experience, preferably from plastic injection moulding. CAD proficiency - Onshape/Fusion 360
Attention to detail. Ability to work with product and engineering teams
Role details: Full-time, CTC up to 5.5 LPA, Location: VKI, Jaipur, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 days a week
