About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated AI & Chatbot Development Intern to work closely on exciting projects involving chatbot training, conversational workflows, natural language understanding, and backend integrations. Your work will contribute directly to building AI-powered tools that enhance user interaction and automate processes across industries. Responsibilities: Train, fine-tune, and evaluate chatbots and conversational AI agents for various use cases. Work with tools like Rasa, Dialogflow, or OpenAI APIs to build and improve chatbot experiences. Integrate third-party APIs and backend services to enable dynamic, real-time chatbot interactions. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define user flows and conversational logic. Help document training data, test cases, and performance metrics for deployed AI systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in NLP, LLMs, and chatbot frameworks. Requirements: Experience or strong interest in AI / Machine Learning / NLP / Chatbots. Familiarity with Python, and at least one chatbot framework (Rasa, Dialogflow, LangChain, etc.). Basic understanding of APIs, webhook integration, and backend workflows. Ability to troubleshoot, test, and iterate quickly on chatbot behavior and logic. Bonus: Experience working with OpenAI, Hugging Face models, or similar platforms.
