Key Responsibilities Title Verification: Conduct comprehensive property title searches and detailed verification processes. Documentation Review: Review land records, encumbrance certificates, and ensure regulatory compliance with the Stamp Act and Registration Act. Transaction Support: Assist senior advocates in high-stakes real estate deals, gift deeds, and dispute resolutions. Advisory & Procedures: Gain exposure to development authority procedures and assist in providing Vastu-aligned legal advisory. Eligibility & Requirements Education: Law students or Legal Practitioners. Location: Must be based in Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow residents preferred). Skills: Strong legal research skills and an exceptional attention to detail are mandatory. Interest: A genuine passion for Real Estate Law and Property Transactions.
