In this role, you will act as the vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects stay on schedule, resources are managed efficiently, and client requirements are met with precision. We are looking for candidates who are excellent communicators and can handle the fast-paced nature of project operations. Key Responsibilities Coordination: Manage project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure all necessary equipment/tools are available for the team. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to identify, define, and document project requirements. Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and proactively resolve any issues or bottlenecks that arise during operations. Communication: Facilitate smooth information flow between departments to ensure project alignment. Documentation: Maintain detailed project reports, client feedback, and operational logs. Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.). Experience: 0–3 years. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply and will be provided with the necessary training. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Organization: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and scheduling.
