🎯 Key Responsibilities

Your daily mission will involve finding the right talent and ensuring a smooth hiring journey.

•Recruitment Support: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

•Sourcing: Identify top-tier talent using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms.

•Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and provide timely follow-ups to candidates.

•Data Management: Maintain an organized candidate database and internal HR records.

•Operations: Assist with HR documentation, onboarding tasks, and general office operations.

•Communication: Act as a bridge between applicants and the internal hiring team.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

We value attitude and communication as much as technical skills:

Communication: Fluent in both English and Hindi (written and verbal).

Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles or recruitment processes (preferred for the Executive role).

Experience: * Executive: Relevant experience preferred.
