About the Role

KEC International is looking for dedicated Safety Officers to join our infrastructure projects in Uttar Pradesh. As a Safety Officer, you will be the frontline guardian of our "Zero Harm" policy. You will ensure that every worker returns home safely by enforcing strict Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols on-site.

Eligibility & Requirements

Education: 12th Pass + Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory).

Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced professionals.

Attributes: Strong observation skills, high level of responsibility, and the ability to lead safety drills.

Your primary goal is to maintain a hazard-free work environment through:

Site Inspections: Conduct daily safety audits and inspections to identify potential risks.

Compliance: Ensure all site activities align with EHS and HSE legal regulations.

Hazard Management: Proactively identify hazards and implement immediate preventive measures.

Training & Guidance: Educate workers on the correct usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe work practices.

Documentation: Maintain accurate safety logs, incident reports, and compliance records.

Emergency Response: Lead emergency preparedness drills and manage incident reporting if an event occurs.

Monthly salary: ₹23,800 – ₹76,300 (Based on experience and interview performance).

Accommodation: Provided by the company.

Fooding: Provided by the company.
