Role
ISKO Engineering is seeking proactive and motivated Graduate/Diploma Trainees to join our engineering team. This role is designed for freshers who are eager to bridge the gap between academic theory and industrial practice. You will work under the mentorship of senior engineers to understand the core of manufacturing, quality control, and lean management.
Key responsibilities
Technical Assistance: Support senior engineers in executing daily technical operations and project tasks.
Process Learning: Gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing workflows, quality assurance (QA) protocols, and industrial safety standards.
Operational Excellence: Actively participate in 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve shop-floor efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain precise records, assist in basic reporting, and update technical logs as required.
Cross-functional Support: Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Required skills and qualifications
Education: Basic engineering knowledge (BCA/Diploma/B.Tech aspirants or graduates).
Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) is essential. Familiarity with AutoCAD is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a "can-do" attitude, and a high level of coachability.
Problem Solving: Basic analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Compensation & Growth Path
Initial Training Period: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (First 3 months)
Post-Training: Transition to a permanent role with a salary hike based on performance during the training period and interview evaluation.
