Work Type - Remote ( about 1.5 months work from home followed by office work )
Stipend - ₹14,500 to ₹16,500 Eligibility - Minimum 12th pass
Key responsibilities • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email or chat •Provide the accurate ,valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools • Handle customer complains •Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
