Job Description
Steorra consultant is looking for a dynamic and result - oriented HR executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting essential HR administrative functions to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Location - Sushant Golf City , Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
Stipend - ₹30,000/month
Experienced required - Minimum one year experience required in HR and executive
Education - Graduate; MBA (HR) preferred
Job responsibilities
• End to end recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Shortlisting ,Screening and interview scheduling
• Coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate database and MIS reports
•Handling basic HR operations and employee records
