š§¾ Key Responsibilities & Tasks
ā¢Session Delivery: Conduct comprehensive technical training sessions specifically for BCA, MCA, B.Tech, and Diploma students.
ā¢Public Speaking: Deliver technical seminars and presentations within various colleges to engage prospective learners.
ā¢Curriculum Design: Design specialized training modules and facilitate practical, hands-on learning sessions.
ā¢Mentorship: Mentor students through their learning journey and provide technical support during project development.
ā¢Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all training programs.
š Required Skills & Proficiency Levels
ā¢Web Development Frameworks (Expert): Deep expertise in PHP, Laravel, and CodeIgniter is mandatory.
ā¢Modern Libraries (Advanced): High proficiency in React for building interactive user interfaces.
ā¢General Web Technologies (High): Strong foundation in core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
ā¢Presentation & Mentoring (Expert): The ability to simplify complex concepts and present them effectively to a student audience.
š¼ Experience Level Required
ā¢Career Stage: This role is for Experienced Professionals who have a strong background in both development and training.
ā¢Technical Authority: Candidates must have enough professional experience in the specified tech stack (PHP/Laravel/React) to guide B.Tech and MCA students through real-world projects.
