Graphic Designer (Social Media & Branding)|Plexus Digitals Private Limited

Plexus Digitals Private Limited are looking for a creative and strategic Graphic Designer to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for branding and a deep understanding of digital design principles. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visuals that drive engagement across social media, Google Ads, and various marketing channels.

•Location: Raebareli Road Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

•Work Mode: On-site (Mandatory)

•Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with strong portfolios encouraged)

Key Responsibilities

•Digital Creatives: Design high-conversion social media posts, banners, and digital advertisements.

•Brand Identity: Develop and maintain brand elements, including logos, typography, and color palettes.

•Performance Marketing: Create ad creatives specifically optimized for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads formats.

•Collateral Design: Produce offline marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and event signage.

•Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual output aligns with client branding guidelines and visual hierarchy.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

•Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. High proficiency in Canva for quick-turnaround assets.

•Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of layout, composition, typography, and color theory.

•Ad Strategy: Understanding of how to design for different aspect ratios and platform-specific requirements (Reels, Carousels, Search Ads).

•Bonus Skill: Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is a significant advantage.
