Raksham AI is looking for energetic and motivated interns to join our 3-month Sales Development Representative (SDR) Internship Program. This role is specifically designed for students and freshers who are eager to gain high-impact exposure to B2B sales, SaaS (Software as a Service) business models, and the fast-paced startup ecosystem. As an intern, you will work closely with the core leadership team to learn practical sales skills and contribute to the company's growth. 1. Core Employment Information Location: On-Site, Bengaluru(Corporate Office) Duration: 3 Months Stipend: ₹10,000 per month 2. Key Learning & Responsibilities •B2B Lead Generation: Learn to identify and qualify potential business-to-business (B2B) leads for Raksham AI’s SaaS solutions. •Outreach Strategy: Support the sales team in executing outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels. •Startup Operations: Work directly with the core team to understand how a startup scales its sales and business operations. •Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor landscapes to refine sales pitches. •Sales Pipeline Management: Learn the fundamentals of managing a sales pipeline and maintaining a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. 3. Requirements & Skills Eligibility: Open to current students and recent graduates (Freshers). •Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. •Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong desire to learn the nuances of SaaS and B2B sales. •Interest: A genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and technology-driven business solutions. •Availability: Must be able to work on-site at the Bengaluru office for the full 3-month duration. 4.
