Pepper Content is Hiring: SDR Manager 📍 Location: Mumbai 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time About Pepper Content Pepper Content is a rapidly growing content marketplace that connects businesses with a curated network of professional content creators. We help brands scale high-quality content through technology, talent, and strategy. Role & Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and manage the SDR team to achieve lead generation and pipeline targets. • Own and scale inbound and outbound prospecting strategies. • Drive top-of-the-funnel performance, including lead volume, conversion rates, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align ICPs, messaging, campaigns, and lead handoffs. • Build and optimize sales playbooks, scripts, call frameworks, and email sequences. • Track performance using CRM and sales tools, analyze data, and share insights with leadership. • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve team effectiveness. • Ensure strong lead qualification standards (BANT / MEDDICC or similar). • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase SDR productivity. • Represent Pepper Content’s value proposition clearly and professionally to prospects. Key Skills & Requirements • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Development / Inside Sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role. • Proven experience managing and scaling SDR or BDR teams in a B2B / SaaS environment. • Strong understanding of lead generation, outbound sales, and pipeline management. • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
