We Are Hiring: UI/UX Designer Location: Anand, Gujarat Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Aliansoftware is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably within an IT services or software development environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, a user-first mindset, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop user-centric UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Translate business requirements and ideas into intuitive, engaging interfaces • Conduct user research, usability testing, and design iterations to improve user experience • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions • Ensure consistency in design across platforms and maintain design standards and guidelines Required Skills & Competencies • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards • Experience in responsive and mobile-first design • Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications • 3–5 years of relevant UI/UX design experience • Prior experience working with IT services or software development companies • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work Employee Benefits • 5-day working culture • Health Insurance • Provident Fund (PF) • Professional growth and learning opportunities Job Location 📍 Anand, Gujarat (Candidates must be willing to relocate or commute daily.)
