Pepper Content Pepper Content is looking for an experienced Client Success / Project Manager (CS/PM) to lead end-to-end delivery of client projects and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own project delivery from initiation to closure Manage scope, timelines, resources, cost & risks Build strong client and cross-functional relationships
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Drive process improvements, reporting & PO utilisation
Mentor and manage project teams Requirements
5+ years of client-facing experience (3+ years in team management)
Strong project management & problem-solving skills
MBA preferred | PMP a plus
Experience with tools like JIRA
