Role Overview

Support raw material qualification and optimization of electroplating processes.

Characterize plated samples using SEM, XRF, microscopy, adhesion & thickness testing.

Maintain experimental records and contribute to technical/qualification reports.

Assist in troubleshooting bath stability and deposition issues.

Ensure lab safety and follow chemical handling protocols.

Eligibility & Skills

B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.E. in Chemistry or Chemical Sciences.

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a global team with effective communication.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic software tools.
