In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with students and parents to understand their educational needs and guiding them toward the right programs. We are searching for someone who can effectively communicate the benefits of our courses and help students unlock their true potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Engagement: Interact with walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries to assess student goals and recommend appropriate courses.
• Course Counseling: Clearly explain course features, benefits, and structures to assist students in making informed career decisions.
• Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up with potential leads to drive enrollments and achieve weekly/monthly admission targets.
• Documentation: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all student interactions and the admission process.
• Relationship Management: Act as a mentor and guide to students, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Law graduates (Freshers welcome) interested in counseling, or Non-law graduates with experience in academic counseling or sales.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Problem Solving: Strong ability to convince and address the specific educational needs of students and parents.
• Mindset: Result-oriented, proactive, and passionate about the education sector.
