About the Role:

• We’re looking for an AI Engineer Intern who can help bring AI ideas, internal automations, and local prototypes into production systems used across logistics and e-commerce operations at scale.
• At ClickPost, we process millions of shipment events and power logistics operations for leading e-commerce brands. We’re now building AI-first systems across recommendations, support, operations, analytics, onboarding, and delivery intelligence.
• If you love building with LLMs, shipping fast, and solving messy real-world problems with AI, this role is for you.

What you'll work on:

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams on AI systems across logistics workflows.

Projects may include:

• Converting internal AI experiments and scripts into production-ready services
• Building AI copilots for operations, support, onboarding, and analytics
• Creating internal search systems across logs, dashboards, configs, and documentation
• Building AI agents for debugging, RCA generation, and operational workflows
• LLM-powered recommendation and automation systems
• Prompt engineering, evaluation pipelines, and feedback loops
• RAG systems on logistics and operational data
• AI-powered analytics and insights generation
• Workflow automations for customer success and operations teams
• Integrating AI systems into existing ClickPost products and dashboards

What we are looking for:

Must Have:

• Strong Python fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving ability
• 1-2 AI projects you've actually shipped: share GitHub, a demo link, or a writeup in your application
• Comfort with APIs and backend systems
• Ability to independently ship projects (take an idea from "works on my laptop" to "running in prod")

Good To Have:

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents
• RAG pipelines / embeddings knowledge
• Familiarity with cloud deployment
• Prior hackathon or open-source work
