About the Role

Clinikally is hiring AI Engineer Interns to work on Clara, its multi-agent AI platform focused on personalized dermatology and healthcare workflows.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building real production-grade AI systems — not basic chatbot wrappers or demo projects.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and improve AI agents within a multi-agent architecture
• Work on agent orchestration, routing, and reasoning workflows
• Improve RAG pipelines and vector search systems using tools like Pinecone
• Develop multimodal AI features including image analysis and vision workflows
• Build evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems for AI outputs
• Collaborate with engineers and domain experts on production AI systems

Requirements

• Strong Python fundamentals
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, and structured outputs
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines and vector databases
• Strong problem-solving and debugging ability

Bonus Skills

• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of FastAPI, Docker, Redis, React, or Next.js
• Experience building AI projects beyond simple chatbot interfaces
