Roles & Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
• Build RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Design scalable and maintainable application architectures.

Full-Stack Development

• Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Connect frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Build end-to-end features across the application stack.
• Collaborate with developers to improve user experience and application performance.

Database Management

• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Support data storage, retrieval, and application integration requirements.

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Assist in integrating AI-powered services and APIs into applications.
• Work with modern AI tools and technologies to develop innovative solutions.
• Explore search, retrieval, and automation use cases where applicable.

Collaboration & Development Practices

• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing activities.
• Follow software engineering best practices and coding standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, including OOP concepts, data structures, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with Python backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of AI APIs and model integrations.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment workflows.
• Experience with Streamlit or similar rapid application development tools.
• Familiarity with React, Vue, or Next.js is a plus.
