Role Overview

We are looking for a curious and hands-on AI Engineer Intern to experiment with AI/GenAI/Agentic tools across real business workflows. You’ll work closely with global teams and leadership to build practical AI solutions impacting customer experience and operations.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Process Discovery & Opportunity Mapping

→ Identify inefficiencies across support, implementation, and customer success workflows

→ Contribute to a pipeline of AI/automation use cases

🔹 Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation

→ Build prototypes (chatbots, automations, dashboards) using Python or low-code tools

→ Test and validate ideas with cross-functional teams

🔹 Pilot Support & Iteration

→ Assist in deploying pilot AI solutions

→ Track usage, gather feedback, and improve solutions

🔹 Learning & Knowledge Sharing

→ Stay updated with emerging AI tools and trends

→ Support demos, documentation, and internal sessions

🔹 Documentation & Collaboration

→ Create documentation, prompt libraries, and reports

→ Work with global teams across delivery, support, and customer success

Who Should Apply

Required

→ Students/recent grads in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields

→ Basic understanding of AI/ML or automation tools

→ Familiarity with Python, APIs, JSON, or data handling

→ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

→ Experience with LLM tools (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, etc.)

→ AI/automation projects or coursework

→ Understanding of SaaS or customer operations

Nice to Have

→ GitHub projects, hackathons, or AI prototypes
