About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional AI Intern to work directly with the Managing Director's Office on high-impact AI initiatives that solve real business problems.
This is not a research-only or experimentation role. You will be responsible for building production-ready AI systems, copilots, automation workflows, and agentic applications that can be deployed across business functions.
The ideal candidate has already built end-to-end AI or machine learning projects and enjoys turning complex problems into practical, scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and build AI-first solutions for strategic business initiatives
- Develop end-to-end AI systems from data pipeline to deployment
- Build LLM-powered applications, copilots, and internal assistants
- Implement RAG pipelines using retrieval, embeddings, and vector search
- Design multi-agent workflows with memory, tools, and reasoning capabilities
- Automate business processes through APIs, AI workflows, and integrations
- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, performance, scalability, and usability
- Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and deploy AI solutions alongside leadership
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Solid understanding of:
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Probability & Statistics
- Machine Learning fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with:
- NumPy
- Pandas
- Scikit-learn
- Experience building complete ML/AI projects from development to deployment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI applications
- Knowledge of:
- RAG architectures
- Embeddings and vector search
- Prompt engineering
- Model evaluation and hallucination reduction
- Experience with:
- LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
- PyTorch or TensorFlow
- NLP, Transformers, or Deep Learning
- FastAPI or Flask
- REST API development
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Vector databases such as FAISS or ChromaDB
- Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
