About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional AI Intern to work directly with the Managing Director's Office on high-impact AI initiatives that solve real business problems.

This is not a research-only or experimentation role. You will be responsible for building production-ready AI systems, copilots, automation workflows, and agentic applications that can be deployed across business functions.

The ideal candidate has already built end-to-end AI or machine learning projects and enjoys turning complex problems into practical, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-first solutions for strategic business initiatives
• Develop end-to-end AI systems from data pipeline to deployment
• Build LLM-powered applications, copilots, and internal assistants
• Implement RAG pipelines using retrieval, embeddings, and vector search
• Design multi-agent workflows with memory, tools, and reasoning capabilities
• Automate business processes through APIs, AI workflows, and integrations
• Optimize AI systems for accuracy, performance, scalability, and usability
• Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and deploy AI solutions alongside leadership

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
