About the Apprenticeship
As an Apprentice, you'll be assigned to one of Deutsche Bank's business functions based on business requirements, your educational background, and your interests. Depending on your placement, you may work in areas such as:

Throughout the program, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals while contributing to projects that support Deutsche Bank's global operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Operations & Process Management
- Support day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in process improvement and operational excellence projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global offices.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in preparing financial reports and management dashboards.
- Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and financial data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Assist with KYC, AML, and customer due diligence activities.
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance processes.
- Monitor operational risks and help maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Participate in fraud prevention and transaction monitoring initiatives.
Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze business data to identify trends and performance opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Support data validation, quality checks, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Generate insights that support decision-making and process optimization.
Asset Management & Banking Operations
- Support investment operations, fund administration, and portfolio reporting.
- Assist in transaction processing and operational reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Contribute to improving operational workflows and customer experience.
Collaboration & Professional Development
- Work closely with business, finance, compliance, and operations teams.
- Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Develop strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative and learning-focused work environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in:

- Or related non-technology disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Banking, Finance, Business Operations, or Risk Management.
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or analytical tools is an advantage.
