What this job involves:

Reporting and Analytics: Should have good knowledge of managing multiple reporting platforms with in-depth knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint presentations etc. Ability to independently create client ready dashboards in Excel and PowerBI.

Working knowledge of Salesforce: Extract data and report creation in salesforce. Ability to churn the data into meaningful format and provide insights to the leads. Good knowledge of various sales cycles and stages.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional Stakeholder Management would need to ensure that all stakeholders are aware about the progress of tasks and clear communication of timelines. Problem solving attitude towards the requests raised and should strive for automating the solutions.

Collaborate with team members: Provide constructive input and communicate with team members to bring efficiency to the overall process.
