Bacardi

is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our operations in the Ayodhya region. This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional who can deliver excellence in execution and achieve key financial targets. You will be responsible for driving volume budgets, implementing marketing activities, and ensuring the availability of Bacardi brands across the assigned geography.

1. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Financial Performance: Deliver on key financial targets, including Net Sales Value (NSV), Gross Margin, Profitability, and ROI.
  • Market Execution: Achieve the "Pictures of Success" targets by working in partnership with customers and distributors to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Growth & Strategy: Achieve the volume budget for the region and implement local marketing activities, including promotions and visibility.
  • Brand Availability: Ensure the consistent availability of Bacardi Brands in line with AVPQPAP drivers.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative solutions.

3. Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: Strong first-hand field sales experience is required.
  • Industry Background: Previous experience in the Spirits and/or Beverage Industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Communication: Must be a skilled communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep knowledge of the local region and strong commercial acumen.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and local language skills is preferred.
