Cloud Hire
is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to lead Retail Marketing initiatives across North and East India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving store footfalls, managing on-ground activations, and ensuring consistent brand presence through effective merchandising and local store marketing (LSM) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Strategy: Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer traffic at the store level.
- On-Ground Activation: Execute marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and on-ground activations with a focus on high engagement.
- New Store Launches: Create and execute hyper-local marketing plans for new store openings using data-driven insights.
- Merchandising & POP: Oversee in-store branding and point-of-purchase (POP) materials to ensure high-quality visual standards.
- OOH Media: Plan and execute out-of-home (OOH) media campaigns across the North and East regions.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely execution of all initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign effectiveness and analyze store performance to refine future marketing calendars.

Qualifications & Experience
- Must hold an MBA degree.
- 3–6 years of experience in retail marketing or a related field.
