What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in application/production support.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
• Adaptability: Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Application Support

• Provide hands-on support for CRM platforms such as CRMNext, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support workflows, reports, and integrations.

Database & Backend Support

• Use SQL and PL/SQL to write and optimize queries, debug issues, analyze data, and support backend troubleshooting.

Production Support & Monitoring

• Handle production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor applications for performance and stability, and support performance tuning initiatives.

Integration & API Management

• Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., ESB), and data flows between CRM and other enterprise or banking systems.

Environment & Release Management

• Work across UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
• Support deployments, releases, and rollback strategies to ensure smooth transitions.

Security & Compliance

• Manage user access controls and ensure adherence to data privacy, audit, and compliance standards, particularly within banking and financial systems.
