Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Intern

The Role

Are you a problem-solver who enjoys translating complex business needs into actionable technical plans? FourBrick Technology is looking for a motivated Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Intern to join our Noida team.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of sales and delivery, helping us scope out web, mobile, and digital marketing projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring that what the client wants is exactly what our technical team builds.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will revolve around documentation, analysis, and cross-team coordination:

Requirement Gathering: Assist in interviewing clients to understand their business goals and technical needs.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain essential project artifacts, including:

BRD (Business Requirement Documents)

FRD (Functional Requirement Documents)

SRS (Software Requirement Specifications)

Pre-Sales Support: Support the sales team by analyzing RFPs (Request for Proposals), drafting project proposals, and creating solution summaries.

Market Intelligence: Conduct basic competitor research and market analysis to help position our solutions effectively.

Communication Bridge: Coordinate between technical developers and marketing teams to define project scopes.

Administrative Support: Attend client meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and manage follow-ups to keep projects on track.

Estimations: Assist senior leads in preparing project cost estimates and delivery timelines.

Who We Are Looking For

Educational Background: Graduates or Final-year students in Business Administration (MBA/BBA), IT, or Computer Science.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down a large problem into small, logical functional requirements.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of wireframing tools (like Figma or Balsamiq) is a plus.

Professionalism: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.
