As a Business Development Executive at ADONSt. TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic initiatives of the Founder's Office. Key Responsibilities she should posses

• Assist in the execution of strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the Founder's Office which includes client office visits.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings and manage schedules for the Founder's meetings with clients.
• Generate revenue from brands / Marcom/ Ad Agencies 
• Contribute ideas to improve business processes.
• Support cross-functional teams in implementing company-wide initiatives.
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
• Problem-solving attitude with ownership mindset.
• Two-wheeler & valid driving licence (Mandatory).
• Must be willing to work in startup culture

Requirements & Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
