Business Development Manager – Outbound Sales | Exly India

Role:


Lead outbound sales team & achieve revenue targets

Plan cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

Train team on pitching & closing deals

Work with marketing for lead generation

Track pipeline, conversions & performance


Requirements:


Experience in sales/team handling

SaaS / SMB / creator-economy sales preferred

CRM tools & data-driven approach

Strong communication & leadership skills
