1. Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized service.
  • Solution Offering: Understand specific client needs and propose customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Execute and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and goals set by the company.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor developments to identify new avenues for growth.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities to management.
  • Networking: Represent and promote the RIL INDIA brand at industry events and networking opportunities.

2. Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th Standard / SSLC.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; however, previous experience in sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is considered an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: High level of motivation, adaptability to market changes, and strong ethical standards of integrity.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common organizational goals.
