About the Role

Multiplier, a global leader in simplifying international hiring, is looking for a Business Development Representative to support growth across the APAC region. You’ll focus on outbound sales activities, pipeline creation, and demo scheduling in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage outbound sales sequences
• Execute outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Salesforce
• Engage with leads and schedule demos
• Hit target metrics for sequences and demos

Who You Are

• 2+ years as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
• Growth mindset with a partnership approach
