• Strategic Outreach: Identifying and qualifying new leads through market research and competitor analysis to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Product Evangelism: Delivering software demonstrations and guiding new users through the onboarding process to ensure a high-quality first-time experience.
• Bilingual Communication: Proficiently engaging stakeholders in both English and Tamil across various formats, including virtual meetings and professional emails.
• Operational Rigor: Maintaining meticulous CRM records, tracking performance KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user retention.
