About SarthiQ

SarthiQ is building India's career platform for students, connecting them with internships, jobs, skill-building opportunities, and career guidance. We work closely with startups and companies to help students discover relevant opportunities and become placement-ready.

We're looking for enthusiastic and well-connected students to represent SarthiQ as the official Campus Placement Representative in their college.

Key Responsibilities

• Share internship and full-time job opportunities with students across your college.
• Coordinate with the SarthiQ Placement Team for hiring drives and campus opportunities.
• Build awareness about placement initiatives and encourage eligible students to apply.
• Create a strong communication network across different departments and student groups.
• Collect student queries and feedback and help resolve them with the SarthiQ team.
• Support the smooth execution of hiring drives, application campaigns, and placement activities.
• Promote career development initiatives, workshops, and placement-related events organized by SarthiQ.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a college in Lucknow.
• Well-connected with students across multiple departments and batches.
• Strong communication, coordination, and networking skills.
• Passionate about helping fellow students discover career opportunities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive.

Mode of Work

Remote, with occasional visits (1–2 times during the internship) to the SarthiQ office in Lucknow for training or review sessions.
