Career Architect (Sales) – Aaoseekhe
Location: In-Office, UGF 24 Arcadium One, behind croma store, sector 16B Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow 226029
MUST HAVE A LAPTOP AND OPEN TO START IMMEDIATELY
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Tuesday to Sunday, Monday off)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
About the Role

As a Career Architect, your role is to guide students in making the right decisions for their future — whether it’s study abroad, profile building, or high-paying career paths.
You will act as a mentor + sales expert, helping students understand their potential and converting their aspirations into action.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with students & parents (leads generated through seminars & marketing)
Understand their career goals and challenges
Present Aaoseekhe’s programs (GRE, GMAT, Profile Building, ASSET, etc.) in a compelling way
Conduct career counselling + sales calls/demo sessions
Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling
Maintain follow-ups and build strong relationships
Achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets

Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality
Strong interest in sales + student counselling
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Passion to impact student lives
