About the Role
SarthiQ is looking for CAT aspirants who are passionate about management education and enjoy interacting with fellow students.
As a CAT Counselling Intern, you will work closely with alumni from FMS Delhi and IIM Bangalore to guide MBA aspirants, support counselling initiatives, and help students make informed decisions about CAT preparation, profile building, WAT-PI preparation, and B-school admissions.
This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to the MBA admissions ecosystem while developing communication, counselling, and community-building skills.
What You'll Do
- Counsel CAT aspirants regarding preparation strategy and B-school admissions.
- Conduct one-on-one interactions with students interested in MBA programs.
- Assist students in understanding profiles, target colleges, and admission processes.
- Support webinars, mentorship sessions, and community engagement initiatives.
- Follow up with students and maintain counselling records.
- Coordinate with mentors, alumni, and the SarthiQ team for student support activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve student engagement and counselling effectiveness.
Requirements
- Current CAT aspirant or recent CAT aspirant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in MBA admissions, career guidance, and student mentorship.
- Comfortable speaking with students over calls and online platforms.
- Self-driven, organized, and willing to take ownership.
- Based in Lucknow or available for hybrid engagement.
