About the Role

Blinkit is looking for highly motivated interns to join its Category Inventory team. This role offers hands-on exposure to inventory planning, vendor management, supply chain operations, and data-driven decision-making in one of India's leading quick-commerce companies.

As a Category Inventory Intern, you will work closely with category managers, vendors, and operations teams to ensure product availability and improve inventory efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with vendors and category teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to prevent stockouts
• Support execution of festive and event-based supply planning initiatives
• Analyze inventory and supply chain data to identify gaps and opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and category teams
• Monitor inventory performance and support planning decisions
• Contribute to improving inventory processes and execution efficiency

Requirements

• Graduate from any discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Interest in e-commerce, supply chain, operations, or inventory management

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or project experience in operations, analytics, supply chain, or business roles
• Familiarity with inventory management concepts
• Strong attention to detail and execution mindset
