Compensation: ₹2,00,000 per annum (Fixed) + ₹50,000 Performance Bonus

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, camera-friendly Content Creator to drive SarthiQ’s digital presence through engaging video content. The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, skilled in making reels, and comfortable using both SarthiQ’s platforms and their own social media reach to expand brand visibility.

This is a high-visibility role for someone passionate about storytelling, content creation, and personal branding.

Responsibilities

• Create, record, and publish high-quality reels and video content for SarthiQ’s platforms
• Confidently appear on camera and engage the student community with compelling communication
• Edit videos with professional tools to ensure visually appealing, share-worthy content
• Consistently post and manage content across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to align content with campaigns
• Use personal social platforms to boost SarthiQ’s visibility and expand reach
• Track content performance, audience engagement, and suggest creative improvements

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred
• Past experience in reel creation, video content, and public-facing roles is highly valued
• Strong video editing and post-production skills
• Confident, camera-friendly personality with excellent communication
• Creativity and understanding of trending formats in social media
• No graduation requirement — experience is more important than degree
• Candidates with a strong personal social media presence will be prioritized
