Physics Wallah is seeking enthusiastic and driven Counselling Trainees to join our team at the Lucknow – Alambagh Vidyapeeth center. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in academic sales, student engagement, and educational counselling. Under the mentorship of senior professionals, you will play a vital role in guiding students toward their academic goals and driving enrollment initiatives for a leading EdTech organization.

1. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Student & Parent Counselling: Provide comprehensive guidance to students and parents regarding PW’s various academic programs, including JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses.
• Lead Management: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify, nurture, and convert potential leads.
• Course Recommendation: Analyze student requirements and academic goals to recommend the most suitable educational pathways.
• Sales Support: Assist the team in achieving daily and weekly enrollment targets through proactive engagement.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and statuses within the CRM system.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a professional, positive, and seamless experience for every visitor and caller.

2. Eligibility & Skills Required

• Education: Graduate or Final-year student in any academic stream.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Core Competencies: A strong interest in counselling, academic sales, or the EdTech sector.
• Attitude: Target-oriented mindset with a high level of coachability and a willingness to learn.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is considered an advantage.
