1. Core Employment Information

  • Travel Requirement: Minimum 7 days per month for field-based customer feedback

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive customer relations strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and support a departmental team of customer relations professionals to achieve key goals.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Culture: Promote a "customer-first" mindset across the entire organization.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop feedback mechanisms and analyze customer data to generate actionable recommendations for improvement.

  • Issue Resolution: Oversee the timely and satisfactory resolution of complex customer complaints and issues.
  • Engagement & Loyalty: Implement segmentation strategies and personalized communication plans to drive brand loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth: Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 12–15 years of proven experience in customer relations management.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and customer-focused initiatives.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
