About the Role

As a Customer Calling Intern at Soil Concept, you will play an important role in connecting with our customers and understanding their experiences, needs, suggestions, and feedback. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer communication and relationship building, while helping us create a better experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers and have friendly, meaningful conversations to understand their experience with Soil Concept.
• Listen to customers carefully and understand their needs, concerns, suggestions, and feedback.
• Ask relevant questions to understand what customers like, what can be improved, and what they would like to see from us.
• Record customer feedback and key insights accurately in our database.
• Identify recurring customer concerns or suggestions and share them with the team.
• Follow up with customers when required and help build a positive, long-term relationship.
• Work with the team to turn customer conversations into actionable insights for improving our products and overall customer experience.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong verbal communication and good listening skills.
• Friendly, patient, and comfortable speaking with different kinds of people. Female preferred
• Ability to ask questions naturally and make customers feel comfortable sharing their thoughts.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Interest in sustainability and the Soil Concept philosophy.
