Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact via phone, email, chat, and customer support systems
  • Diagnose customer issues by gathering accurate information and replicating problems
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for content hosted on the ScholarOne platform
  • Document tickets and customer interactions clearly and thoroughly

Salary / Compensation

  • Contract-based compensation
  • As per company/client standards

Work Details

  • Shift Timings:
  • 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
  • 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST
  • Work Model: Fully Remote

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Computer Science, Information Science, or related field)
  • Lower degree acceptable with equivalent relevant experience

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome
