Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact via phone, email, chat, and customer support systems
- Diagnose customer issues by gathering accurate information and replicating problems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for content hosted on the ScholarOne platform
- Document tickets and customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
Salary / Compensation
- Contract-based compensation
- As per company/client standards

- Shift Timings:
- 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
- 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST
- Work Model: Fully Remote
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Computer Science, Information Science, or related field)
- Lower degree acceptable with equivalent relevant experience
Experience
- Freshers are welcome
