Impac Services is conducting bulk hiring for US and UK captive units for the role of Customer Care Executive. The role involves handling international voice customer support, resolving customer queries, and maintaining high service standards for global clients.

This position is suitable for freshers and early-career candidates with strong English communication skills who want to start a career in the BPO / call center industry.

Key Responsibilities
