Job Summary: Entry-level role handling customer inquiries, calls, and complaints while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining service records.
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide service information and resolve complaints
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues and meet call targets

Experience/Eligibility:
Graduate in any stream
Good Hindi & English communication skills
