•Manage customer communication through video calls, phone, and email

•Support inside sales activities including quoting, ordering, and reportin

•Follow up on vendor and customer queries and status updates

•Work independently in a remote setup with strong organisation skills

•Excellent English speaking and writing skills to interact with global customers

•1–2 years experience in sales, marketing, or call-center environment (preferred)

•Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related) is beneficial
