AMIK Charge is India's first UPI-native, appless EV charging platform. We're looking for an intern to support EV drivers and charging operators.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer queries on WhatsApp, phone and email
• Resolve charging, payment and refund issues
• Handle escalations from our AI support agent
• Log tickets and flag recurring issues

Who You Are

• Student or recent graduate
• Clear communicator in English and Hindi
• Patient and solution-focused

Shifts

This role may include night and weekend shifts on a rotational basis.
