- Employees within a defined radius of a Rippling office are expected to work from office at least 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues for customers
- Guide customers through payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance queries
- Act as a product expert for Global Payroll and HR capabilities in the assigned region
- Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge resources
