Job Location

Location: Bangalore, India (Office-based Hybrid role)

  • Employees within a defined radius of a Rippling office are expected to work from office at least 3 days per week
  • Remaining days may be worked remotely as per company policy

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues for customers
  • Guide customers through payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance queries
  • Act as a product expert for Global Payroll and HR capabilities in the assigned region
  • Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge resources
